"bin at the back of ties for £1 each, includes lots of polyester ones and cheap silk, but some real gems! lined and silk, with nice patterns. some of them are a little dated in pattern but they’re definitely fun!
everything reasonably priced, i managed to get a top for £1.50, most of the tops are between that and a fiver for posh ones. i come from the south so these seem abnormally reasonable to me - not sure how locals feel about the prices
they have discounted items dotted around and everything is sorted by type and then by size. not by colour! this makes it so much easier for small folk (xs/s/6/8) to find our sizes as most charity shops have only a limited selection. they have standard bric a brac and some nice shoes, and lots of chunky jewelry!!
i bought 5 ties and a top for £6.50. very pleased."
"This shop is actually the clothing and homeware store and the book store is further up on the opposite side. This is nice and clean store with many bargains. Personally I have found some clothing and home items ito be a little pricey!! But kids items and toys are always set low and clothing such as t-shirts, shorts, skirts and baby clothing are 3 items for a £1. Also check the sale rail and basket for adults bargains, usually £1 per item for rail and 50p each in basket. Had some Brill items including lots BNWT from Shein, PLT, Topshop, River Island. Finally at back of store is a tiny room (was changing room) that is now filled with all things crafty. Threads, wool, ribbons, beads, sequins, patterns, art pens, paper, stamps, stencils, card, heaven for anyone with crafty interest"
"One of my favourite charity shops!! Almost entirely books and music. If you need/want a book this is the place to go!! The most expensive book I've bought here so far has been £4.99 (sci-fi - paperback). It is organised beautifully in sections and it is never hard to find a book that you're looking for (if they have it). There is a huge variety of books - children's, science, nature, history, etc. Within the last couple of years, they've started selling dvds too! They also have a section of natural and handmade gifts at the back. The prices usually range from 0.99-2.99 per item, depending on what you buy. They also get new stock in/put items out regularly so you can go in again the next day and there's usually something new."
