Demelza Hospice Care for Children is a UK charity providing specialist palliative care, support and short-break services for children and young people with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions and their families. Demelza offers clinical care, emotional support, play and therapeutic services both from its hospice sites and within families' homes - helping families make the most of precious time together. The charity's care is designed to be personal and flexible, supporting children and families through diagnosis, treatment, end-of-life care and bereavement. Demelza operates across Kent, South East London and East Sussex, serving communities in these regions with a mix of hospice-based care and outreach support to ensure families can access help where and when they need it.
